Dove Park Properties is a new enterprise being established with the direct support and assistance of the Comer Homes Group.

Our mission, is driven and enhanced by the commitment of our Directors, is to enhance the sustainability of Comer Homes Group developments, by allowing for access to families and individuals who might not otherwise have the financial ability.

Dove Park Properties fully intends to expand on these opportunities across an enlarging range of developments, owing to a large portfolio access of the Comer Homes Group, supplying demand across the UK. Dove Park Properties is a for-profit company, but any surplus is intended to be cultivated back into the acquisition of additional high quality stock, thereby allowing for the envisaged expansion.

Dove Park Properties currently manages and maintains over 150 units across the Group’s portfolio of residential developments throughout the UK. Currently in the planning stages are further units, which includes a collection of high-quality affordable homes within largescale developments in North London, Luton Southend and Aberdeen.
