Dove Park Properties names new Chair

Dove Park Properties, the affordable housing arm of leading UK developer Comer Homes, has announced Jack O’Brien as its new Chairman replacing the outgoing Michael Mulcahy. Jack O’Brien is set to lead the company through a period of strategic importance with 1,500 new affordable homes in the pipeline across a collection of landmark developments, as well as the release of shared ownership and private rental homes.

Jack O’Brien brings a wealth of experience to the board at Dove Park Properties. He currently holds other senior positions in the industry, including Director of his own consultancy that specialises in construction, property and contract management, as well as the position of Development Director at Comer Homes.

Jack has close to three decades of experience in relation to historic buildings, development, block, estate and letting management, including affordable rent units.
